Text Program Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy covers the information collected through the Armed Forces SlugFest text messaging program. It is part of the program's Terms.

What we collect

• Your name and your team.
• The mobile number you sign up with.
• A record of your consent: the date and time, and the exact words you agreed to.
• The texts you send to the program and the ones it sends you, so scores and schedule questions can be answered.

How we use it

Only to run the program described in the Terms: to post the scores you report, answer your questions, remind you when a score is missing, and tell you when one of your team's games changes.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts on our behalf (Twilio), and only so the texts can be sent. No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone else.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop the texts at any time. To have your information removed from the program, email FrederickElite@yahoo.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up and consent record while you are opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward to show that consent was given, as carrier and messaging rules expect. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

About young players

This program is for coaches, team managers and officials, who are adults. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect a child's information through it.
